1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using services provided by Color Blue Labs LLC ("we," "us," or "the Company"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Color Blue Labs LLC provides software development services including but not limited to: custom application development, API and SDK development, technical documentation, and consulting. The specific scope of services will be defined in individual service agreements or statements of work.

3. Payment Terms

Payment terms are outlined in your individual service agreement. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are due within 30 days of receipt. Late payments may incur additional fees as specified in your agreement.

4. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise specified in a written agreement, all intellectual property created during the course of a project will be assigned to the client upon full payment. Color Blue Labs LLC retains the right to use general knowledge, techniques, and skills gained during the engagement.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the engagement. This obligation survives the termination of the service agreement.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Color Blue Labs LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific services giving rise to the claim.

7. Warranties

We provide services on an "as-is" basis. While we strive to deliver high-quality work, we make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the fitness for a particular purpose or merchantability of our deliverables beyond what is specified in the service agreement.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate a service agreement in accordance with the terms specified therein. Please refer to our Cancellation Policy for details on cancellation terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the state in which Color Blue Labs LLC is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
