Cancellation Policy

Overview

This policy applies to subscription-based and recurring services provided by Color Blue Labs LLC. We want to make the cancellation process as straightforward as possible.

Subscription Services

You may cancel your subscription at any time by emailing admin@colorbluelabs.com. Upon cancellation:

  • Your access will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
  • No further charges will be applied after the cancellation takes effect.
  • Payments already made for the current billing period are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

Project-Based Services

For project-based engagements, cancellation terms are defined in your individual service agreement. In general:

  • Cancellations made before work begins will receive a full refund of any deposits paid.
  • Cancellations made after work has started may be subject to charges for work already completed.
  • We will provide a summary of completed work and associated costs upon cancellation.

How to Cancel

To cancel a subscription or service, send an email to admin@colorbluelabs.com with the subject line "Cancellation Request" and include your account or project details. We will confirm the cancellation within 2 business days.
