Color Blue Labs LLC is committed to delivering high-quality software development services. This policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued and how disputes are handled.

Refund Eligibility

Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. You may be eligible for a full or partial refund if:

  • Services were not delivered as described in the agreed-upon scope of work.
  • A project is canceled before any work has commenced.
  • There is a documented service failure on our part that cannot be remediated.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Work that has already been completed and delivered as agreed.
  • Consultation fees for advisory sessions that have taken place.
  • Third-party costs (hosting, domains, licenses) purchased on your behalf.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at admin@colorbluelabs.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include your project details and reason for the request. We will respond within 5 business days.

Dispute Resolution

If you are dissatisfied with the outcome of a refund request, we encourage you to contact us to discuss the matter further. We are committed to resolving disputes amicably. If a resolution cannot be reached through direct communication, either party may pursue mediation or other legal remedies as permitted by applicable law.

Chargebacks

We ask that you contact us before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider. We are happy to work with you to resolve any billing concerns directly.
